tl;dr – What I Do in One Page
Hi, I’m Anna Echols, an Operations Transformation leader who turns messy, cross-functional workflows into simple and scalable systems. I blend systems thinking, human-centered design, and practical automation to reduce friction, improve visibility, and help teams operate with clarity at scale.
Over the past decade, my work has centered on leading complex programs across supply chain, compliance-heavy environments, and large enterprise transformations. This includes $225M programs, multi-site operational redesign, and AI-enabled workflow improvements that eliminate bottlenecks and create predictable outcomes. Whether I am rebuilding a process from the ground up, aligning teams around clear structures, or designing automations that remove manual effort, I focus on making work easier, faster, and more intuitive for the people doing it.
Technology has always been a tool I use to help teams work more clearly and effectively. In the past year, I’ve leaned into one of the latest tools available, which is AI. I build custom GPTs, streamline processes with no-code platforms, and guide teams in adopting automation that genuinely improves how they work. My goal remains consistent: use technology to make work easier, not more complicated.
Outside of transformation work, I’m someone who has always loved puzzles and stories with intricate plots. It makes sense that I enjoy untangling complex work problems that stretch across multiple teams. There is something deeply satisfying about finding the pattern, bringing clarity to chaos, and helping people succeed together.
At my core, I am a systems thinker. I see patterns quickly, connect the dots across tools and teams, and design solutions that bring order to chaos. I am at my best in environments where the intersection of people, process, and technology creates the opportunity for meaningful improvement. That is the work I love most: bringing clarity to complexity so people can thrive. I believe the best transformations start small, build trust along the way, and create the space to think big.
