In Fall 2024, I led a grassroots ChatGPT adoption initiative at a national tech-enabled services company, reaching 2,500+ employees and engaging 850+ participants through hands-on workshops and enablement efforts.
The result was responsible AI adoption that was practical, approachable, and self-sustaining... without initial top-down buy-in.
